PAYMENTS AND RETURNS
We accept payments via PayPal, bank transfer and cards.
(we ship the goods once the credit has been received) to the MAKSA account,

It is not possible to make returns or refunds due to second thoughts about the purchase or the type of customization requested, given that the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized items (art. 5 paragraph 3 letter c of Legislative Decree 185 of 22/ 05/99).
The withdrawal or return will be accepted by Maksa in case of creations that do not conform to the customer's request or defects in the item.
It will therefore be possible in this case,
Return the entire order or the item that does not meet the required standards to us, at our expense.
